We choose not to define our nation solely by “freedom”—which can devolve into chaos, hedonism, or forced collectivism—but by the maximization of creativity for everyone, never at anyone’s expense. An ethical government exists only to expand collective creativity while never diminishing the creativity of any being. Every decision we make serves that end. Creativity (C) is the product of Intelligence (I) and Ethics (E): C = I × E.

We commit to true democracy—government of, by, and for the people—evolving from majority rule to 100 % consensus. Only fully voluntary, mutually desirable agreements can maximize creativity. The leaders of the Creative Party are not chosen by Majority Rule, but are chosen by 100% consensus structured as a representative republic. Leaders are selected through unanimous consent within a representative-republic framework, and all committees decide exclusively by consensus, using tools such as Creative Transformation to reach efficient unanimity.

 

We reject a debt-based fiat currency, which concentrates power and erodes value through perpetual inflation. We adopt a monetary system in which each unit represents intrinsic value, transparent and beyond manipulation by a privileged few. 

 

We support an economy devoted to producing any goods or services that enhance creativity. 

 

We repudiate education that trains children merely to pass tests or for external rewards. Instead, we develop curriculums that teaches students how to create what they want and need, intertwining ethics with intelligence and accelerating traditional learning.

 

We refuse bureaucratic structures in favor of partnership and continuous, free- flowing corrective feedback. Our creative society is designed so ethical principles maximize feedback and prevent bureaucratization at every level.

 

Government powers shall remain limited to protecting life, liberty, property, privacy, and human rights. They will never intrude on matters of private morality or individual choice.

We reject static, punitive legal codes.  Instead, we insist on ever-evolving, win-win agreements established (and revised) through 100 % consensus. Forcing an ethical state on anyone is unethical and self-defeating; it can arise only through unanimous consent.

We organize through voluntary small groups as an ethical alternative to all forms of tyranny. Delegates are selected unanimously at local, regional, and national levels to choose candidates, craft policy, and ensure full accountability.

 We help every community in our creative network achieve self-sufficiency—first in education, then economics, health, trade, mutual defense, and beyond. Anyone may join this libertarian creative society on equitable terms.

We preserve what history shows to work—e.g., the ethical teachings of Christianity, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights—while discarding practices that foster bureaucracy. All institutions are redesigned to maximize creativity for all, lowering it for none. 

 

Our foreign policy promotes creativity worldwide through education, trade, and mutual defense, until every nation becomes a creatively transformed libertarian society. We never impose our way of life by force, yet we defend our liberty and that of allied groups. Creativity flourishes only in freedom, never through coercion.

 Any action or person that increase creativity is ethical.

 

Any action or person that diminishes creativity is unethical.

 

Unethical means can never achieve ethical ends.


 Means that do not creative have ends themselves are unethical. 

 

It is unethical to tolerate destructiveness.

 

It is unethical to claim absolute certainty.

 

 It is ethical to doubt.


Inaction in the face of unethical behavior is itself unethical. 

 

Anyone committed to maximizing creativity for all—and lowering it for none—is a member of the Creative Party and a citizen of the Ethical State.
